Terms & Conditions

All orders placed by traders with are subject to the Terms and Conditions below.

KQF reserves the right to alter any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any alterations will apply to orders received after that time.

Orders submitted shall not be deemed accepted by KQF until confirmed by the KQF Order Confirmation notification (e-mail).

KQF reserves the right to alter the price of goods at any time before delivery to reflect any increase in cost to KQF, any change in delivery details or quantities, or any delay caused by the trader.

Payment can be made by any method specified on the Sage Pay Checkout page of our website. KQF will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but KQF cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Payment of the total order price, together with the delivery charge, will be debited from the trader's account after the KQF Order Confirmation notification has been sent to the trader, but prior to the goods being delivered.

If the trader's card issuer fails to make any payment of the price or any delivery charge on behalf of the trader, KQF shall be entitled to cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries.

KQF make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays or increased timescales may occur during the busy season.

KQF can estimate a date for delivery of goods, but traders shall understand that it is an estimate. KQF shall not be liable for any loss caused to the trader as a result of failure to deliver by the estimated delivery date or such other date or time as may be subsequently agreed.

Traders must inform KQF if there are any specific instructions with regards to delivery, for example if the delivery address may be difficult for the driver to find. KQF shall not be liable for any loss caused to the trader as a result of failure to provide such instructions.

Traders have the opportunity to inform KQF if they would like the goods to be left with a neighbour. If traders request for goods to be left unsigned for, it is vital that they leave a signed note/message on the outside of the property which the driver can take for our records.

Missing or Damaged Items
All parcels must be checked by traders prior to signing the delivery note (unless traders have given special instructions that goods can be left in a secure location unsigned for). If there is any damage to the goods or if items are missing, this must be stated on the delivery note where possible and must reported to KQF within 3 days of the date of delivery. If notification is not made within 3-days of the date of delivery, KQF will not be able to make a claim with the courier/delivery company.

KQF shall not be liable for any defect of the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence, use otherwise than as recommended by KQF.

Any decision by traders that they wish to return the goods for any reason must be notified to KQF within 14 days of delivery. If you do not notify us of your claim within 14 days, you shall not be entitled to reject the goods.

KQF shall make a full refund of the total price of the sale to the trader so long as the goods are returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. All goods shall be returned at the trader's expense.

Data Protection
KQF abides by the current requirements of the Data Protection Act.

When traders place an order or register on our website, certain information is required, including name, e-mail address, telephone number, billing address, delivery address, and credit/debit card details. KQF works in partnership with Sage Pay to provide high levels of security to ensure confidential and sensitive information is not compromised.

KQF may use the information that you provide for trader, market and product assessment and analysis, for the prevention and detection of fraud, and for any prize draws or competitions traders enter.

KQF may disclose your information to anyone to whom KQF transfers or may transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with the trader, and/or if KQF has a duty to do so or if the Law allows us to do so.

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the trader at the time of delivery or if the trader wrongfully fails to take delivery of the goods.

The ownership of the goods shall not pass to the trader until KQF has received in full the total order price and delivery charge.

Until such time as the goods passes to the trader, KQF shall be entitled at any time to require the trader to deliver up the goods to KQF.

The trader shall not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security for any indebtedness any of the goods which remain the property of KQF. If the trader does so, all monies owing by the trader to KQF shall become due and payable.
