With Lamb curry mix meat pieces, the curry will have a heartier, richer taste. Lamb curry is delicious served with plain rice, a salad and Raita. If you thicken the gravy, it tastes just as good with hot, freshly made Chapatis or naan.
Top tip: Use a pressure cooker to cook Lamb Curry and it will be done in half the time it takes to cook in an open pot!

Top tip: Marinate the chicken pieces in 1 cup yogurt, 2 Tsp garlic paste and little salt, for a good 8 hours.
